For one of our clients, a well-established company leading large-scale and complex infrastructure projects in West Africa, we are seeking a professional and highly skilled Garage Manager to lead the maintenance and mechanical operations of the company’s heavy equipment at the central workshop.
Role Overview:
- Managing a workshop with approximately 10 units of heavy equipment (excavators, dumpers, forklifts, and trucks) and a team of local mechanics.
- Overseeing budget preparation, utilizing Excel for tracking, and providing professional reports to the company management.
- Managing the procurement of spare parts within Africa.
- The position requires relocation to a comfortable country in West Africa (Single status).
- The workshop is expected to expand soon following the launch of new projects.

- Certified Mechanic (Mandatory) with proven expertise in heavy equipment maintenance.
- 5-15 years of experience in managing a heavy equipment workshop.
