A well-established company in Ghana, specializing in large-scale public construction projects, is seeking an experienced MEP Engineer & Manager with strong management skills to join its growing team. Key Responsibilities:
✅ Strategic Leadership & Team Management – Lead multidisciplinary teams, oversee subcontractors, and ensure smooth collaboration across all project phases.
✅ Design & Planning – Oversee the design of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, including HVAC, lighting, fire protection, water, and sewage.
✅ Project Execution – Manage installation, commissioning, and coordination between contractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure seamless project execution.
✅ Budget & Timeline Management – Track expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure timely project completion.
✅ Quality & Compliance – Ensure all systems meet industry standards, safety regulations, and efficiency requirements.
✅ Troubleshooting & Maintenance – Quickly identify and resolve technical issues to maintain optimal system performance.
