Electrical Site Manager – Relocation Opportunity to Nigeria (Expat Package)
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor/Site Manager to join our team and oversee electrical operations in large-scale construction projects such as hotels, hospitals, and high-rise buildings. Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and schedule projects, estimate time and materials, supervise subordinates, maintain records and prepare reports.
• Supervise and manage the work of electricians, ensuring adherence to industry standards and safety regulations.
• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of various electrical systems.
• Inspect electrical work to ensure compliance with approved procedures and project requirements.
• Ensure proper classification, installation, and testing of HV/LV electrical systems, transformers, switchgear, power distribution boards, lighting systems, and cabling.
• Prepare and submit test reports to consultants and clients.
• High school diploma or equivalent and at least 7 years of experience as an Electrical Supervisor/Site Manager in large-scale construction projects (hotels, hospitals, high-rise buildings).
• In-depth knowledge of HV/LV electrical installations, transformers, substations, and power distribution systems.
• Expertise in electrical testing, troubleshooting, and compliance with safety regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Skilled in classifying electrical distribution systems, fault detection, and proper grounding/bonding.
• Fluent English (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Relocation & Expat Package:
This position is open to candidates from Europe interested in relocating to Nigeria as an Expatriate (Single Status).
